I started my professional path as a business and marketing executive and have now more than 23 years of international experience in the Payments technology industry. I've held leadership positions in renowned corporations such as Visa (currently VP, Global Head of Market Expansion Solutions for Visa Direct), Citibank/Credicard, GE Money and NovoPayment. As a bachelor in business administration with Emphasis in Marketing by ESPM - Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (São Paulo/BR), I have developed a solid corporate career in multi-national corporations, working in various functions such as Products, Sales, Marketing, Strategic Partnerships; and leading teams in markets, regional and global roles. This brings me deep understanding about the challenges of the Executive and C-suite life, and how to navigate the various transitions that are part of this type of career journey.

A few years back, triggered by an impactful change in my life, I decided to start my second career path. I became a Certified Professional Coach by the University of Miami and started my own coaching practice. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I decided to become a Certified Applied Positive Psychology Practitioner by The Flourishing Center, to complement my view around human flourishing and development. In 2022, I earned the PCC credential by the International Coaching Federation. I am actively engaged with the Coaching community by participating in various entities such as the International Coaching Federation (member),the Institute of Coaching (affiliate member), and the Association of Coaching, as a Volunteer, Regional Liaison for Organizations and Alumni. Having completed a certification in Existential Coaching with the Animas Coaching Center in 2022, my latest achievement in 2023 has been to become a Certified Narrative Coach with The Moment Institute, by Dr. David Drake.

These two professional paths have allowed me to become aware of the unique experience I have with navigating change, transitions and the development of identity in both professional and personal settings. Which is why I developed the offering of an exclusive Executive & Life Coaching practice focused on empowering people navigating personal and professional transitions by developing their identities into the best version of themselves.

Contributing to this unique professional background, I come from a multi-cultural family, and have lived in multiple places, diverse cultures, various languages and different countries.

Aside from being a corporate executive, a Coach and Positive Psychology practitioner, I am also a wife, mother, sister, daughter, friend and mentor.
